Description of Service

Promptly is a desktop application that allows you to test various AI APIs, calculate token costs, and manage API keys locally.

API Keys and Accounts

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own API keys from the respective AI providers. You must comply with the terms of service of each provider.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the application for any illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the application
• Use the application to violate the terms of service of AI providers

Disclaimer of Warranties

Promptly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this application, including but not limited to API costs incurred through your usage.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
